The Durham Arts Council’s visitor page points to two places to park. The Durham Centre Parking Garage, a paid city deck, is directly across Morgan Street from the building, with entrances on Morgan and Morris streets. The Manning Place lot, entered from Morris Street on the building’s south side, has limited parking and six accessible spaces, and visitors can be dropped off there at a gently sloped ramp to the main entrances. Both are city-owned. Our getting around Durham guide has more on downtown parking.
Tickets and cost
Entry is free and no ticket is needed. Some venues sell optional extras: Delores Pottery lists make-your-own ceramic ornaments for $25 and painting a premade ornament for $20, and says it will give away 100 free handmade North Carolina ornaments while they last.
