How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Durham’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 12, 2026. Bull McCabe’s Irish Pub, Devil’s Pizzeria, Jimmy’s Famous Hot Dogs and Tomato Jake’s Pizzeria were added because their own sites name wings on the menu. Several breweries on the map are tagged for wings but do not name wings on their own sites, so they are left off. Buffalo Wild Wings and Wingstop have Durham stores, but their location pages did not load for us, so use each chain’s store finder. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
